Falkirk Fiddle Workshop was founded in 1997 and now has members ranging from absolute beginners to advanced players. The aim of the group is to promote traditional fiddle music to individuals who wish to develop their skills and playing techniques.

The workshop is currently meeting in Arnotdale House in Dollar Park.  The workshop is open to everyone and you will be made very welcome.  We have tutored sessions for different levels of players. Here's a wee tune by the Advanced Group called Central House

Each meeting usually begins with a slow session in which players from all skill groups take part. This gives the beginners experience of playing in groups and gives a feeling of fellowship throughout the workshop.
