Welcome to the Falkirk Fiddle Workshop

Falkirk Fiddle Workshop was founded in 1997 and now has members ranging from absolute beginners to advanced players.

The aim of the group is to promote traditional fiddle music to individuals who wish to develop their skills and playing techniques.

One of the aims of the Workshop is to teach music by ear, maintaining the  traditional methods of handing tunes down through the generations. However, an ability to read music will be found to be an advantage.
